If you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers (RevenueCat). We do not store your payment card details. We only receive information about your subscription status.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

8.1 Automatic Deletion of Inactive Anonymous Accounts

Anonymous accounts (accounts created without email authentication) that remain inactive for 90 days will be automatically deleted along with all associated data, including:

• Account information and profile data
• All rooms created by the account
• All tasks and task assignments
• Room memberships and related information
• Any other data associated with the account

This automatic deletion helps us maintain data hygiene and protect user privacy. If you wish to preserve your data, we recommend linking your account with an email address, which will prevent automatic deletion. You will be notified before any automatic deletion occurs, if possible.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date". You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
